The following are some of the software products built by Abacus Technologies LLC and are ready to go right out of the box or with minimal setup.
Infinite Campus
These products link into and use Infinite Campus to enhance that system's usability & experience.
- Attendance Makeup Suite
This suite has a couple of products contained within it. They are titled as follows:
- Attendance Makeup Entry
- Attendance Makeup Balances
Additionally, there is a settings page that allows an administrator the ability to make these choices for makeup balances based on each school they have. For example, choosing which attendance codes change to which other attendance codes when attendance makeup is served. Another example would be choosing how much time is required to make up a specific attendance code. Etc.
Attendance Make Entry
Please Note: Comments that are added here are pushed to the comment section of each attendance record in Infinite Campus.
Attendance Makeup Balances
Please Note: These totals can be downloaded to a .csv file (which can be opened in programs such as excel) for further data manipulation. Hours and minutes are converted down to seconds for easier calculation/manipulation of data on the downloaded version.
- Attendance Update Requests
This app allows teachers or anyone with granted access to be able to make requests to update attendance records up to 30 days into the past. These requests are sent to typically someone in the office, who can approve or deny them. If they are approved, the attendance record in Infinite Campus gets updated automatically.

Please Note: Comments on the request are not visible in Infinite Campus (only within the app). However, the Comment on the Approver end is transferred to the comment field in the Attendance Record in Infinite Campus.

- Knowledge Management Suite
A Knowledge Management Suite (also known as a Knowledge Base) is a published collection of documentation that includes answers to frequently asked questions, how-to guides, troubleshooting instructions, etc. It's designed to make it easy for people to find solutions to their problems by themselves. Additionally, this resource is available 24/7.
This type of system can be used for both internal and external audiences (even one of the other).
